Biografie	Sonia Fasolo joined Eleva Capital in September 2020 as a European Equity SRI Fund Manager. Sonia started her career as an Analyst on the sell-side, first at Euroland Finance and subsequently at Berenberg. In 2010, she joined La Financière de l'Echiquier as a buy-side Analyst on the Small & Mid-Cap team prior to taking responsibility for the SRI team in 2015. Sonia managed an impact investment Fund from 2015, in addition to managing a Fund investing European growth leaders from July 2017. Both strategies were SRI labelled and rated 5 stars by Morningstar and Quantalys. Sonia holds a DESS in Finance from the University of Montpellier 1 and SFAF (La Société Française des Analystes Financiers). She was awarded third prize for ESG personality of the year at the 2020 Grand Prix de la Finance. Sonia has 17 years of experience in the industry.
Marc Craquelin	-	2013	2015
Biografie	Marc is a well-known investment professional in France and across Europe with extensive experience within the asset management industry and is a member of the Sturdza Family Fund’s Strategic Counsel. Marc was the former Chief Investment Officer (‘CIO’) and Member of the Executive Committee at La Financière de L’Echiquier from 2009 to October 2017. During his career, Marc held positions both in management and also as an active fund manager. In 2016, Marc was awarded CIO of the year by AGEFI. His professional career started in 1986 in the industry, having held senior positions at Finacor, EBPF, and finally at La Financière De L’Echiquier (LFDE). Marc joined LFDE in 2001 and was named CIO in 2009 taking charge of the investment team, with EUR 8.5 billion under management, investing in both the equity and fixed income (corporate and convertible) markets, overseeing the Investment process and providing top-down macro guidance, as well as having overall responsibility for the implementation of new tools and the expansion of LFDE’s product range. Marc holds a degree from Ecole Polytechnique (X1982) and Ecole des Mines.
