Änderungen der Anlageziele und wesentliche Änderungen der Anlagepolitik bedürfen der vorherigen schriftlichen Zustimmung aller Anteilinhaber oder der Zustimmung der Mehrheit der an einer Hauptversammlung abgegebenen Stimmen der Anteilinhaber. In Übereinstimmung mit der Satzung werden Anteilinhaber einundzwanzig Tage vor einer solchen Versammlung über diese in Kenntnis gesetzt (den Tag der Bekanntgabe und den Tag der Versammlung nicht mitgerechnet). In der Mitteilung müssen neben Ort, Datum, Zeitpunkt und Tagesordnungspunkten der Versammlung auch das geplante Datum des Inkrafttretens von Änderungen der Anlageziele und -politik genannt werden. Falls eine Änderung der Anlageziele und -politik von den Anteilinhabern genehmigt wird, tritt die Änderung am zweiten Handelstag nach der Genehmigung der Änderung durch die Anteilinhaber oder einem anderen Termin, der in der Mitteilung an die Anteilinhaber über die vorgeschlagenen Änderungen genannt wird, in Kraft.
