Biografie	Derek has over 20 years of investment industry. He spent 16 years as a Portfolio Manager at HSBC Global Asset Management, the last 11 of these years as the Head of Canadian Fixed Income. Biografie	Domenic joined 1832 AM, the Core Fixed Income team in 2005. He leads the Toronto-based credit team, manages approximately $5 billion in assets. He is also a co-manager of several balanced fund mandates. He has years of industry experience and brings in-depth knowledge and a disciplined process to corporate credit analysis. Prior to joining 1832, he was a senior analyst, public markets at OMERS for 3 years and also worked in the Bank of Nova Scotia’s global risk management division for 4 years. He has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and received his CFA designation in 2001

Biografie	Michael McHugh joined Dynamic in 1996. He has 27 years of industry experience and he is responsible for the management of over $8 billion in fixed-income assets. In 1989, he joined the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan and, in 1993, he managed fixed-income portfolios for the Ontario Hospital Association Investment Management Inc. Michael holds both an Honors Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in economics. He received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991.

Prior to joining the firm, he spent five years at ABN Amro Bank in Amsterdam, where he was responsible for all equity-linked new issue securities, including convertible bonds, preference shares, and warrants in all currencies. Previously, Woodson also worked as a credit analyst and interest-rate-swap trader for Amro Bank and Meridien International Bank in New York.
