Robert previously spent three years with UBS Asset Management in Tokyo as an investment analyst, initially for risk management and latterly for Japanese equities. He began his career as a collateral analyst in the credit group of Deutsche Bank, Tokyo. Robert obtained a B.A. in Literature and Linguistics from the University of Montana, USA.

Biografie	Aisa Ogoshi, executive director, is a regional specialist for Asia Pacific inc-Japan equities and a member of the Japan Team within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities Team based in Hong Kong. Aisa joined the Firm Equity Derivatives Group in Japan in 1998 and later transferred to the Portfolio Analysis Group. In 2001, she became a portfolio manager with the Japan Portfolio Group and transferred to Hong Kong in 2005. Aisa obtained a B.A. in Environmental Information from Keio University, Japan.

Biografie	Mark Davids, managing director, is a regional specialist for Asia Pacific Behavioural Finance and head of the Team with the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities Team based in Hong Kong. In 2007, Mark relocated from London to Tokyo to head the Behavioural Finance investment desk in Japan, and subsequently relocated to Hong Kong in 2009 to expand the process into the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to this he was a senior portfolio manager for European equity team within the JPMorgan Asset Management European Equity Group. An employee since 1997, Mark was previously a pan-European investment analyst. Prior to this, he worked at the European Commission. Mark obtained a B.A. (joint Hons) in History and German from the University of Manchester and earned an M.Sc. in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics. He is also a CFA charterholder

He is based in Hong Kong and has lived in Asia for forty-one years. Piers joined the group in 1978 and after nine years in various roles in Hong Kong, Japan and China he became a Pacific inc-Japan specialist investment manager in Hong Kong in 1987. He spent a year in Indonesia establishing an affiliate fund management company, P.T. Danaloka Pratama, of which he was Chief Executive.
