He is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and is the Head of Global Real Estate Securities Investing. Ted is the portfolio manager for the U.S. and global real estate securities portfolios and oversees the global team, which has investment teams in New York, Amsterdam and Singapore. Ted is also the lead portfolio manager for the Global Infrastructure Securities strategy. The teams have over $20 billion of assets under management in these strategies. Prior to joining the Firm in 1995, he was a Director at CS First Boston, where he worked for eight years in the real estate investment banking group.
