Investmentstrategie
Das Teilvermögen investiert als Fund-of-Funds weltweit in Obligationen, Aktien und Immobilien. Das Teilvermögen ist aktiv verwaltet und verfolgt zudem als Sustainability Focus Fonds das obenerwähnte Nachhaltigkeitsziel. Der strategische Aktienanteil beträgt 25% und der strategische Anteil an Fremdwährungen beträgt 12%. Der Anteil an Aktienanlagen bewegt sich in Bandbreiten zwischen 17.5% und 32.5% des Nettovermögens. Die Fondsleitung darf für das Teilvermögen bis zu 50% des Vermögens des Teilvermögens jeweils in Anteilen des Zielfonds «UBS (CH) Investment Fund – Bonds CHF Inland ESG Passive II» und «UBS (CH) Investment Fund – Bonds CHF Ausland ESG Passive II» anlegen.
