Biografie	Daniel J. Grana is Portfolio Manager, Emerging Market Equity at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2019. Daniel is responsible for the Emerging Market Equity strategy and co-manages the emerging markets sleeve of the International Opportunities strategy. Previously, he managed emerging market equities at Putnam Investments from 2003 and was an analyst on the emerging markets team from 1999 to 2002. Before Putnam, he spent four years in the Latin America investment banking group at Merrill Lynch.

Biografie	Nicholas Cowley is a Fund Manager on the Emerging Markets Leaders and International Opportunities strategies at Janus Henderson Investors. He is also responsible for an offshore Latin American strategy and an offshore global emerging markets strategy, positions he has held since 2016. He joined Henderson in 2004 as a fund manager for North American equities and transitioned to emerging markets in 2012. Nicholas began his career at Chiswell Associates as a trainee fund manager for overseas equities prior to being named a fund manager for US equities. Nicholas earned a BSc degree (Hons) in computer science and mathematics from York University and an MSc in business finance from Brunel University. He holds the Institute of Investment Management & Research qualification (ASIP).

Biografie	Glen Finegan is Head of Global Emerging Market Equities at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining Henderson in 2015. Glen also serves as a Fund Manager on the Emerging Markets, Emerging Markets Leaders, and International Opportunities strategies. Before Henderson, he was a senior portfolio manager at First State Stewart (formerly First State Investments), where he covered global emerging market all-capitalisation equity strategies. Glen was based in Edinburgh from 2001 until 2011, when he relocated to Singapore. Prior to First State Stewart, he spent three years working as a geophysicist in the oil and gas industry. Glen received a BEng degree (Hons) in civil engineering and an MSc in oceanography, both from the University of Southampton.

Biografie	Chris joined in 1995 and is Head of Global Emerging Markets. He is responsible for the strategy and management of Gartmore's extensive range of emerging market funds. His background includes on the ground investment experience in Asia and Latin America as an investment advisor to a private family investment group. Prior to this he worked in investment banking in New York where he specialised in capital markets counterparty risk management. Chris graduated from the Colgate University, New York in 1986 with an Honours degree in History. In 1988 he completed an MBA in Finance at New York University, and was awarded the CFA designation in 1993 by the Association of Investment Management and Research.
