Anlageziel des Fonds ist die langfristige Wertsteigerung des Fonds (Kapitalzuwachs). Der Fonds strebt danach, dieses Ziel zu erreichen, indem er in ein Portfolio qualitativ hochwertiger Unternehmen mit langfristigen Wachstumsaussichten investiert. Der Fonds legt mindestens 51 % seines Nettovermögens in Aktien und Vorzugsaktien und mindestens zwei Drittel seiner Vermögenswerte in Wertpapieren an, die von Unternehmen ausgegeben wurden, die ihren Geschäftssitz in Europa haben oder dort vorwiegend geschäftlich tätig sind oder über eine Garantie einer europäischen Regierung verfügen.

Biografie	Pierre Lamelin joined Comgest in 2012 and is an Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in European equities. He is also a member of the Comgest Group’s Responsible Investment Committee. He co-leads the management of several Pan European strategies and contributes widely to the European team’s research coverage for a diverse selection of quality growth stocks across multiple sectors. Pierre started his career in 2004 as an Equity Analyst at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux where he spent seven years covering the European luxury goods and cosmetics sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Sciences Po (Institut d’Etudes Politiques) in Paris and is a CIIA holder (Certified International Investment Analyst).

Biografie	Alistair Wittet joined Comgest in 2012 and is an Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in European equities. Alistair co-leads Comgest’s Pan Europe and Europe ex UK strategies. He started his career in 2006 as an Analyst at Standard Life Investments in Edinburgh. He went on to join Citigroup’s London office in 2009, specialising in the pan‐European food retail sector as an Equity Analyst. A British and French national, Alistair is a Geography graduate from Durham University and a CFA® charterholder.

Biografie	Franz Weis joined Comgest in 2005 and is an Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in European equities. In addition to being the Group’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO), he is also a Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee. Franz leads the firm's European research efforts and co-leads the management of the majority of Comgest’s European equity strategies. In his role as CIO, Franz oversees the firm’s investment teams and chairs the Investment Committee, which is responsible for applying Comgest’s philosophy on successful long-term investing. He started his career in 1990 at Baillie Gifford & Co. where he worked as a Portfolio Manager before joining F&C Asset Management as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of European Equities in 1996. Franz graduated from Heriot-Watt University (Scotland) with a Master’s degree in International Banking and Financial Studies and received the International Bankers in Scotland Prize in 1990.

Biografie	CEO - ANALYST / PORTFOLIO MANAGER Arnaud Cosserat joined Comgest in 1996 and is Chief Executive Officer of the Comgest Group. As CEO, he is a member of the Group's Board of Partners, Chair of the Executive Committee, and a member of the Investment and Sustainability Committees. In addition to these roles, Arnaud is also a long-standing Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in European equities. He started his career in 1989 as an Analyst at Banque Paribas, before joining Société de Bourse Oddo and then Generali as a Portfolio Manager. He holds a Master of Science degree from the ESSEC business school (France) and is a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF, Société Française des Analystes Financiers).

Biografie	Laurent Dobler joined Comgest in 1991 and is an Analyst and Portfolio Manager specialising in European equities as well as a non-executive member of the Board of Partners and Deputy Managing Director of Comgest S.A. As Comgest's longest serving investment team member, Laurent is a lead Portfolio Manager within the European equity team and has been instrumental in forging and refining Comgest's quality growth investment philosophy. He started his career in Geneva in 1986 with Banque Paribas as an Analyst and Portfolio Manager of a German equity fund before he joined the Geneva fund management team of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild where he specialised in European and Japanese equities. With a degree in Economics from the Sorbonne University and a Master’s degree in Law from University Paris II, Laurent also studied at Sciences Po - Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (France), where he majored in Finance and Fiscal Policy.

Biografie	Jan-Peter holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Düsseldorf. Having worked for Price Waterhouse and KPMG in Madrid and for Barclays Bank in London, he joined Comgest in June 1997.
