Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Clattenburg was employed by Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst in its Investment Management Division. He earned a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Economics with a concentration in Accounting from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Clattenburg also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

He is a member of the T. Rowe Price International Equity Steering Committee. Bob is an executive vice president of T. Rowe Price International Funds, Inc., and is chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee of the T. Rowe Price International Stock Fund. He is also a vice president and Investment Advisory Committee member of the Growth Stock Fund and Media & Telecommunications Fund. Bob joined the firm in 1992 as a research analyst. He served as an investment analyst for Massachusetts Financial Services for five years. Bob earned a B.S. in finance and economics from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia.

Biografie	Mr. Tenerelli has been chairman of the committee since 2008.Dean Tenerelli is portfolio manager in the Equity Division at T. Rowe Price. He manages the Europe Equity Core Strategy, a position he has held since October 2005, and is chairman of its Investment Advisory Committee. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International, Inc. He joined the firm in 2000 as an equity research analyst and was appointed co-manager of the firm's Global Equity Strategy and International Stock Fund in 2004. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Mr. Tenerelli served as a director for Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he was a senior telecommunications analyst. Prior to Credit Suisse Asset Management, Mr. Tenerelli worked as assistant portfolio manager at Artisan Partners (1995–2000). He began his investment career in 1993 at Banesto Bolsa in Madrid as an equity analyst following Spanish equities. Mr. Tenerelli later became an international equity analyst, focused on Europe, for Waddell and Reed in Kansas City, MO. In 1995, he moved to Artisan Partners as an assistant portfolio manager. A graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in economics, Mr. Tenerelli earned an M.B.A. from Escuela Superior de Administracion y Direccion de Empresa and an M.A. in international management from American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Biografie	Mark joined Charlemagne Capital in 2012, as co-Head of the Portfolio Advisory Team, alongside Julian Mayo. Mark began his career at Schroders in 1984 before moving to Robert Fleming in 1986. He transferred to Hong Kong with Jardine Fleming two years later, remaining in Asia until 1995 when he returned to London with T Rowe Price following the merger with Jardine Fleming. Mark was a Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Member of the Investment Advisory Committee at T Rowe Price and has a wealth of emerging market experience. He is a graduate of Cambridge University.

Biografie	Warren is executive vice president and portfolio manager with T. Rowe Price International, formerly known as Rowe-Price Fleming International, his employer since 1983. During that time, he has managed portfolios in both Tokyo and London. Previously, he spent two years as an analyst and portfolio manager with Robert Fleming International and two years with Prescot Commodities. Mr. Warren earned an M.A., with honours, in modern history from Wadham College, Oxford University.

Biografie	Kamran Baig is a portfolio manager of the Europe Structured Research Strategy in the Equity Division at T. Rowe Price. He is director of Equity Research, EMEA and Latin America Mr. Baig is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. He is also a member of the firm's International Steering Committee. Mr. Baig has 21 years of investment experience, eight of which have been with T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, he was head of European research and a senior portfolio manager/research analyst at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in London. Mr. Baig earned an M.Sc. in civil engineering from Imperial College (University of London) and an M.B.A. from the London Business School.
