Prior to rejoining the firm in 2002, he worked as a quantitative business analyst at Zurich Scudder Investments (2001), as a business analyst and data analyst in Wellington Management’s Information Services Group (1997 – 2001), and in various financial markets-related positions at IDD Information Services (1993 – 1997). Biografie Head of Equity and Nontraditional Investments Matthew Glaser is responsible for overseeing equities, nontraditional investments, and manager research for Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, Inc., the investment advisory arm of Wilmington Trust and M&T Bank. Matt has more than two decades of experience in financial services and the investment management industry. He previously worked for Lazard Asset Management as a managing director and portfolio manager of the Lazard Master Alternatives Fund. Earlier in his career, he served as chief of investment strategies and executive managing director at Turner Investments, where he was a member of the Executive Management Group, Enterprise Risk Committee, and had oversight responsibility for the Turner Spectrum Fund. Matt also worked at Susquehanna International Group and as a managing director at J.P. Morgan and Robertson Stephens. He began working in the investment field in 1995. Matt holds an MBA from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University. He serves on the board of directors of SquashSmarts, a nonprofit academic and athletic mentoring program based in Philadelphia, and formerly served on the board of the investment firm Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC in New York.

Biografie Jordan is a member of the Manager Strategies team at Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, Inc., the investment advisory arm of Wilmington Trust and M&T Bank. He conducts third-party manager due diligence of alternative investment strategies including hedge funds, private equity, and private real estate. Jordan has nearly a decade of investment industry experience. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust in 2014, Jordan worked with PNC for nearly two years in the Investment Advisor Research Group, conducting due diligence on alternative investment strategies. Earlier in his career, he spent four years researching hedge funds and serving as a fundamental equity analyst at Lionstone Capital Management in New York. Jordan began his investment career in 2005 at Natixis Capital Markets in New York working closely with the CLO, RMBS, and hedge fund lending businesses. He holds a master’s degree in engineering from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Vermont. Jordan is a CFA® charterholder.

Biografie Mr. Stahl joined Wellington Management in 1998, where he currently serves as Director of Investment Strategy and Risk. As director of Investment Strategy and Risk, Kent conducts research on investment trends and focuses on major risks across our entire suite of equity, asset allocation, hedge fund, and fixed income approaches. While our firm does not have a traditional Chief Investment Officer, Kent and his team fulfill many of the elements that a CIO at other organizations would typically be responsible for overseeing. He is actively involved in our fiduciary oversight processes and serves on a number of our investment review committees, including as chairman of our Equity Review Group, as a member of the Fixed Income Review Group, and as the leader of our Equity Risk Advisory Council. Given the breadth of his exposure to all investment areas within the firm, he also serves as one of our primary investment spokespersons and is a strategic investment and risk advisor to a number of the firm’s larger clients. In addition, Kent is a portfolio manager on certain multi-manager solutions offered by the firm, including US, global, non-US, Japanese and hedge fund-like strategies. He is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, which oversees non-compensation spending, and the Product Panel, which approves all new approaches offered by the firm. Previously, he served as the director of Equity Product Management. Prior to joining Wellington Management in 1998, Kent led the corporate finance and pension investment areas within NCR Corporation (1990 – 1998). He also worked as an asset/liability specialist for Salomon Brothers (1987 – 1990) and in institutional sales for Goldman, Sachs (1985 – 1986). Biografie Joshua A. Savadove, CFA, CAIA, is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, Inc. He directs model portfolio construction and is a member of the third-party manager due diligence team at Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, the investment advisory arm of M&T Bank. He is also a lead-portfolio manager on the Wilmington Trust Conservative, Moderate and Aggressive Asset Allocation funds. Mr. Savadove represents the Manager Strategies team with select institutional Endowment and Pension clients in our outsourced CIO business and is a member of the Bank’s Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) portfolio committee. Prior to joining WTIA in June 2007, Mr. Savadove was a Senior Investment Analyst and Director of the outside money manager platform in the Mercantile Investment and Wealth Management Division. Prior to that, Mr. Savadove spent three years as the Director of Analytics at Asset Strategy Consultants. Mr. Savadove holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Randolph-Macon College and a Masters of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business. He is a CFA and CAIA charterholder and a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.

Biografie David Krider is a senior portfolio manager for the Systematic Edge Equity team at Allspring Global Investments. He is responsible for the ongoing research and development of global equity-based investment strategies as well as the day-to-day trading of global portfolios. David joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Before WFAM, David was founder and chief technology officer of Visualize, Inc., a firm that specializes in financial visualization and analytic software. He was a research associate at First Quadrant before leaving to start his own firm. David began his investment industry career in 2002. Biografie Harindra (Harin) de Silva is senior portfolio manager and co-head of Systematic Research for the Systematic Edge team at Allspring Global Investments. He joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Before WFAM, Harin was a principal at Analysis Group, Inc., where he was responsible for providing economic research services to institutional investors, including investment managers, large pension funds, and endowments. He focuses on the ongoing research effort for equity and factor-based asset allocation strategies. Biografie Lamensdorf is a portfolio manager. Prior to joining Highland in 2008, he most recently spent four years as a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Walker Smith Capital. Before that, Lamensdorf worked for four years as a Senior Equity Analyst. He also worked in equity trading at Merrill Lynch and in equity research at Lehman Brothers. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas. Mr. Lamensdorf has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
