Prior to joining the company in 2005, Ms. Gubriy worked in real estate investment banking division of Lehman Brothers in New York. Svitlana graduated with a Diploma with Honours in Applied Mathematics, an MA in Applied Economics and an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting. Svitlana also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Biografie	Toshio Tangiku is a Portfolio Manager. Tosh is responsible for providing research and analysis of the Asia Pacific real estate markets and is also the co-fund manager for the abrdn International Real Estate Equity Fund. Tosh joined the company in 2014 from Lasalle Investment Management, where he was responsible for providing research and analysis on the real estate markets of Japan and Singapore. Prior to that, Tosh worked as a management consultant in the United States with the Strategy and Operations Group of Deloitte Consulting. Toshio graduated with a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and is a native speaker of English, Cantonese and Japanese with basic proficiency in Mandarin.

Biografie	Jon Stewart, CFA®, Real Estate Analyst/Portfolio Manager Previously with Standard Life plc, Mr. Pekowitz joined Aberdeen Standard Investments as a result of the merger between Aberdeen Asset Management and Standard Life in August 2017. Mr. Stewart joined the Listed Real Estate team in 2015. Previously, he worked at Liberum where he was a sell-side analyst covering the UK and European real estate sectors. He started his career as a Fund Manager on the UK equities team at Ignis Asset Management covering the real estate, housebuilders and technology sectors. In addition to his analyst responsibilities covering UK and European real estate companies, Mr. Stewart is fund manager for a number of specialist mandates investing in UK and European real estate equities on behalf of internal and external clients. He is a CFA charterholder
Bruce C. Ebnother	Portfolio Manager	2018	2019
Biografie	Mr. Ebnother joined Aberdeen Standard Investments in May 2018 from Alpine Woods Capital Investors LLC where he spent seven years as Portfolio Manager and Investment Risk Strategist. Previously, Mr. Ebnother spent 15 years at UBS Global Asset Management where he helped build the firm’s listed real estate securities business with roles including Co-Head, Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager of Global Real Estate Securities. Before UBS, Mr. Ebnother was the Senior Analyst and Group Head for U.S. REIT Equity Research at Citigroup Smith Barney. Mr. Ebnother started his career in commercial real estate as an institutional investment sales broker. Bruce earned a B.A. in Brazilian Studies from Brown University.
Samuel A. Lieber	managing Member, CEO	1989	2018
Biografie	Lieber is managing member and chief executive officer with Alpine Woods Capital Investors, LLC since. From 1985 until February 1998, he was a portfolio manager and senior real estate securities analyst with Evergreen Asset Management Corp. Prior to 1985, Lieber was associated with Whitbread-Nolan, Inc. in the investment property brokerage division. Previous to this, he worked for the urban design firm, Project for Public Spaces, as a Noyes Fellow.
