Biografie	Chief Investment Officer,(MEng, GDP, MBA),Thomas has a Masters Degree in Engineering, as well as a MBA at Nijenrode University in Holland. He worked as a Commodities Analyst with SAB, before joining Sanlam Investment Management (SIM) where he was part of the Bond Team. He managed several absolute return funds and inflation linked fund mandates. At SIM Thomas was also instrumental in developing the Absolute Return Fund strategies. Biografie	Hendrik has many years of experience in the Investment Management Industry, starting his investment management career in 1991. He managed a range of international and SA funds. He was based in London, UK for six years since 1996 and returned to South Africa in 2002. Previously managing director of Sanlam Multi-Managers and currently head of retail investments of Sanlam Investment Management. Prior to joining Sanlam Investment Management in 2005 he was instrumental in establishing Sanlam's Multi Manager business. Prior to this Hendrik was a Senior Equity Analyst and Fund Manager at Fidelity Investments.

Biografie	Mark joined SMMI in August 2004 and is responsible for a regional and several specialist portfolios. Prior to SMMI worked for Merchant Investors Assurance Company for 17 years as an European equity fund manager. He graduated from the University of Hull in 1987

Biografie	Ursula has a BA(Hon) in Economics and BCom Honours from UCT. She is responsible for the overall investment process and strategy at Southern Charter Private Wealth.
