Having started in the investment industry in 1984, Romas has extensive industry experience. Romas is an Honours graduate of the Bachelor of Science program at McMaster University and obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Biografie	Adam is a Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer of Ravenstone Capital Management Inc. where he oversees all investing and risk management activities. Prior to co-founding Ravenstone, Adam distinguished himself as an investor at 1832 Asset Management. There he was responsible for the stewardship of more than $6.5 billion of Assets Under Management through the oversight of the Dynamic Blue Chip Funds and Lead Portfolio Manager for the firm’s High Net Worth and institutional clients.

Biografie	John Varao is Vice President & Portfolio Manager at GCIC Ltd., the sub-advisor of the fund. Prior to joining GCICL, John was Chief Investment Officer of Scotia Asset Management (SAM) and was responsible for the overall investment policy for all managed assets. John has a B.A. with an Economics major from McMaster University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
