Mobile Loyalty plc divests its minority stake in Scandvision CPH A/S to
existing majority owners
London/Frankfurt/Malmö, May 29, 2012
In late 2011, Mobile Loyalty plc entered into an agreement of the strategic
acquisition of Scandvision Holding AB, a company with more than 20 years
experience in digital communications and marketing. The acqustion closed on
March 1, 2012.
After a thorough analysis, Mobile Loyalty has decided to divest minority
stakes that it owns. Accordingly, Mobile Loyalty has reached an agreement
with Scandvision CPH A/S that the current majority owners will take over
the business. As part of the change in ownership, Scandvision CPH A/S
changes name to FRND A/S and continues with its 10 employees and from the
same address.
The divestiture relates to a minority stake in Scandvision CPH A/S, whose
results have not been part of Mobile Loyalty plc's consolidated results.
