Prior to joining Sterling, he was vice president at Janney Montgomery Scott where he served as a Real Estate Investment Trust sector analyst. Andy received his B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA® Society of Philadelphia and the CFA® Institute.

Biografie	Shawn M. Gallagher, CFA®, Director, joined the Stratton Funds team of Stratton Management Company in 2005 and Sterling Capital Management as part of a business acquisition in 2015. Shawn is the lead Portfolio Manager of the Stratton Mid Cap Value product and Associate Portfolio Manager of the Stratton Small Cap Value and Stratton Real Estate products. Prior to joining Stratton, he served as an analyst in AT&T's Financial Leadership Program. Shawn received his B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University. He is a CFA® charterholder and is a member of the CFA® Society of Philadelphia and the CFA® Institute.

Biografie	John Affleck heads the large-cap value team at Sterling Advisors. John began his financial services career in 1968 with the Trust Department of Provident National Bank in Philadelphia, where he served as an assistant vice president and investment portfolio manager. In 1979, he joined Stratton Management Company, a predecessor firm of Sterling Advisors, where he served as president and chief executive officer of the company. John serves on numerous civic boards and is currently an Overseer at William Penn Charter School and a Trustee of Woodmere Art Museum and the Philadelphia Orchestra. He earned his bachelor's degree in pre-law from Lafayette College and his MBA from Temple University.

Biografie	Beers has served as vice president of Stratton Management from 1997 to the present. Previously he served as a client services representative for FPS Services.
James W. Stratton	Founder, Chairman, CEO	1980	2006
Biografie	Stratton founded Stratton Management Company in 1972 and currently serves as chairman and chief executive officer. Stratton serves as a director of the following: Amerigas Propane Ltd., BE&K Corp., Teleflex, Inc. and UGI Corp., Inc. Previously, Stratton served as president and chief executive officer with Drexel Firestone and chairman of the board of trustees of Thomas Jefferson University. Stratton is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.

Biografie	Previously, he spent three years as a corporate officer with Merrill Lynch and four years as a corporate officer with William D. Witter Inc. He also spent nine years as a vice president and partner with Drexel Corporation. Heffernan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
