successfully appraised and rated at maturity level 5, of the People CMM(r) - a
framework from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), USA that comprises
state-of-the-art, best practices for Human Capital Management.
The appraisal was conducted by a 10 member team led by Rajesh Naik, a
SEI-authorized SCAMPI-A Lead Appraiser from QAI India Ltd. The scope of the
appraisal was IT Delivery and Business Enabling Functions of their Bangalore
unit.
Commenting on this achievement, Dr. Srinivas Kandula, Global Head-HR, iGATE

operating at the highest level of PCMM(r). Our primary purpose of adopting this

Maturity Level 5 indicates that the organization is performing at an
