Biografie	Carl Brown joined Royce in 2009 as a Portfolio Manager. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager for a long/short equity private investment vehicle which he co-founded with Messrs. Hartman and Stoeffel (2008-2009), a Portfolio Manager at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn ("CRM") (2005-2008), an Analyst at CRM (1999-2005) and a Consultant in the international tax practice of KPMG (1994-1999).

Biografie	Mr. Kaplan has been portfolio manager since 2011 and was previously assistant portfolio manager (2005-2011). His employer at Royce since 2000. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 12 years with Prudential Financial, most recently as a managing director and portfolio manager.
Boniface A. Zaino	Senior Portfolio Manager	2007	2008
Biografie	Buzz Zaino is a managing director and senior portfolio manager of Royce & Associates, LLC. Prior to joining Royce in 1998, he was employed by Trust Company of the West (TCW), where he was the group managing director of the TCW Value Added Funds.
